All products are shipped from Mexico.
Delivery time depends on stock availability. If your selected jacket is in stock, it will be ready to ship in 3-7 working days. If it is not in stock, we will embroider one especially for you. In this case, the jacket will be ready to ship in 10-12 working days. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.

Please, note that depending on each country import regulations, you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes when your order arrives at destination. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we will gladly review your case and communicate if we accept the return. All claims must be communicated to email@example.com no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt. In case your return is accepted, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received with the original packaging and tags attached. Merchandise can be returned to an address in Mexico or the United States depending on what is more convenient to you. The buyer has to pay the shipping cost when the exchange is due to having selected the wrong size.

Because all embroideries are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We do not consider these as flaws, but rather as a result of our product uniqueness.
